She is the founder of Media Maven Worldwide, co-owner of MMS Networks LLC, and owner of Chicks That Pitch, a development and distribution company for unscripted content. Through storytelling, strategy, and purpose-driven production, Ericka continues to inspire the world through media and motivation.

Ericka believes in the power of transparency. She has turned her tragedies into triumphs and actively inspires others to do the same. Her first book, Confessions of A Media Maven was released in 2018 and is a true testament of when you prioritize yourself....beautiful things can happen. Since then, she has released a supplement workbook to Confessions of A Media Maven, a children's book "Baby Its Just A Horror Movie" and over designer 50 journals; all available on AMAZON.
EDUCATOR & MENTOR
Ericka has extensive experiences actively working to help others walk in their divine professional and life purpose. As an Educator, Ericka is motivated by her passion to help others grow. Ericka's early inspiration was sparked in her ability to connect with others and teach them what she had learned. She was fortunate to have had mentors who were willing to encourage her growth and it is innate for Ericka to give back.
Ericka's first careered opportunity as an Educator came in 2001 while working Part Time as Media Specialist Teacher (created position) for Cincinnati Public Schools. She worked with students grades 5th through 8th and discovered that many of the students who came from the same type of neighborhood she grew up in, were very creative. She decided to introduce an early curriculum to the Principal of the school, who agreed, that the school would have its first Media Training Class.
Today, many of those students are now adults who have gone on to pursue careers in the arts and entertainment industry. Since, Ericka has influenced 1000's of individuals in the industry through Workshops, Seminars, Panel Discussions, Mentorship and More!Ericka also partners with high schools, colleges and organizations to provide support in the area of media and business. Either taking on the mentee herself or connecting them with a mentor, Ericka believes that if each one teaches one, we will become a better one.

Ericka has a story to tell and is open to sharing it. Her personal and professional experiences have granted her the opportunity to transparently inspire the world through her platforms of Business and Motivation. After many years of staying behind the scenes, Ericka began to openly motivate and inspire many through social media and then in 2014, Ericka opened up to the world with her personal story. It was then, that her mission was confirmed and the outpour of encouragement and demand from many truly put things into perspective for Ericka. If we cant acknowledge that our experiences are worth helping others, then we are operating our lives in vain.
